It averages out to be a lot like a battleships, provided the match goes the distance. It's gone too far in that I can't effect the battle as much as I can in a US or IJN DD. and fighting against a team of even worse potatoes.Ĭarriers have been nerfed so much that they are less significant to a win or loss in a battle. If your team is packed with proficient unicums, they will ROLF-Stomp over the other team and the match will be over before you have a second strike out.Ī lot of people say the best battle is when you are in a team of potatoes. When the battle roster comes up, you should be scouring it for AA capabilities of your opponents.Ī minor part is how proficient your own team is. I can fairly consistently get screen full of ribbons on most ships (even carriers) but my damage output always seems to be about half of what I do with everything else. ![]() I'm a fairly new player, trying all sorts of different ships, but I gotta ask- are carriers supposed to do half the damage of other ships?
